- Ask questions: Don’t be shy! If something about the price or offer is unclear, ask the salesperson for clarification. You have the right to understand what you’re buying.
- Keep receipts: Hold onto your receipts in case of any issues down the line.
- Report dodgy practices: If you suspect a shop is playing fast and loose with the rules, report them to your local consumer protection agency.
